Consult on manufacturing operations best practices and work with location managers to identify, plan and develop projects for improvement related to Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Environment PQSE gap closure Identify, promote, and coordinate implementation of best practices across all facilities and assist facilities with problem-solving and troubleshooting operational problems Collaborate with facility management to define technical needs and CapEx requirements, recommend CapEx projects, evaluate CapEx proposals for technical viability, and assist with project development and presentations Take lead role in working closely with global subject matter experts in GAP analysis initiatives related to crushing operations.
Acts as a liaison between internal and external customers regarding recycling rebates and charges generated by PeopleSoft ReTI system Utilizes monthly accounting close calendar to review recycling tickets for four state Area within the software program and ensures daily tasks are completed Incumbent knowledge to maintain and distribute department related information on a daily basis Prepares monthly reports for certain municipalities and customers Processes payments and other financial tasks as necessary Communicates with customers about service issues and recycling rebates or charges as needed Review customer account receivables aging, offsets rebates against outstanding balances and makes customer collection phone calls May provide support and direction to less experienced operations specialists.
Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety operational data from various sources on time, within budget and quality standards. Perform data entry for tracking and Lifecycle safety databases, coding relevant medical terminology, writing descript narratives, generating queries pertinent to the case, performing quality control, assisting with reconciliation, driving case closure, coordinating translations and ensuring reports are sent to the customer within assigned deadlines.
